表面上看起来,时针可以在跑了一圈后继续回到原点,但事实上时间已经在不知不觉中流逝了。一天又过一天,呆在相同的空间里,时间就仿佛凝结在空气中,让我常常会产生时间还没过的错觉。窗外依然昼夜交替,然而我不为那自然的报时器所提点,也许是太过于习以为常吧...人们总是太过于容易忽略身边的事情。我常常在不小心瞥到躲在电脑桌面右下方的日期时,才会惊觉今天是何月何日,才会又感慨说我虚度了多少宝贵的时光,又才会开始后悔......岁月是一个很奇妙的东西,它会在我们的身上、心上刻下深深的痕迹,但是我们永远都摸不清它的轮廓。
考试一天天的逼近,也许是少了像中学时期老师追魂似的提醒,也许周围诱惑太多,也许是懒惰,我还是不能全神贯注地投入学习当中。笔记一页页地翻着,荧光颜料在本来空白的纸上渲染得更多,但是我知道我只是把这些资料囫囵吞枣地匆匆看过,我没有细细品味其中的含义。我知道不能这样继续下去,可是往往在合上眼睡觉之前,仍然想不起今天我把什么知识消化了。
不知道为什么,今天的心情好郁闷, 可能是那窗外的乌云不小心进驻了我的心里;也许是朋友分享的一些事情影响了情绪。看到朋友轻描淡写地说着好像与自己无关痛痒的事情,但我知道藏在平静无痕的背后,往往是最鲜血淋漓的伤痕……

Exercises
Since I start sensibly, I realize that exercises are exhausted activities that come with sweat and short of breath, sometimes even end with pain. Therefore, I dislike most of the exercises especially those exercises that need a lot of energy such as marathon and football. I barely done any exercise in my daily life.
Unfortunately, I gain weight again few months ago, I try so many ways to lose weight such as reduce amount of food in my every meal, try diet food, stop eating dessert and others. However, I still remaining the same weight and I really upset with this outcome.
I think I need to try some new methods to overcome this problem so I start to do exercise. First, I go to gym but I found out that it was very hard for me to continue as I really hate sweating. I lost motivation easily and keep finding excuses for myself. I know that this exercise did not fit me. Thus, I change my exercise to swimming. Finally, I found an exercise that fits me well!!! Wohoo!!! especially when I can swim with my beloved friends and housemates. Haha!! I like swimming so much and I can swim 3 to 5 times a week!!
Hope that I can continue this good habit for longer time and my effort will bring out good results^.^
P.S. This is the first time I use English to write my blog leh!! Haha!! worth for a celebration ^.^

神啊!!请您赐给我坚持下去的毅力吧!
就如同标题所示,小尹我最近真的是需要很强的毅力。
为的是什么?答案就是我那该死顽固的体重和身材!
我真搞不懂,为什么人家减少食量个一两天,体重就会直线地往下降;
而我呢!!我减了那么久,没见到什么效果,反而一松懈,体重就会像是坐火箭般的往上直冲……神啊!如果这件事情发生在股票上的话,全世界都会是有钱人了吧!
今天朋友又开玩笑了……我懂……只是玩笑话
但是听进心里我还是会觉得有点受伤
不过没关系,我就把它当成是鞭策我的力量吧
要不然我那耐性磨尽又蠢蠢欲动的心要开始起来作乱了
还好,最近我遇到了很好的盟友
我们一起勉励对方,一起分享资讯,一起努力做运动……
