Since I start sensibly, I realize that exercises are exhausted activities that come with sweat and short of breath, sometimes even end with pain. Therefore, I dislike most of the exercises especially those exercises that need a lot of energy such as marathon and football. I barely done any exercise in my daily life.
Unfortunately, I gain weight again few months ago, I try so many ways to lose weight such as reduce amount of food in my every meal, try diet food, stop eating dessert and others. However, I still remaining the same weight and I really upset with this outcome.
I think I need to try some new methods to overcome this problem so I start to do exercise. First, I go to gym but I found out that it was very hard for me to continue as I really hate sweating. I lost motivation easily and keep finding excuses for myself. I know that this exercise did not fit me. Thus, I change my exercise to swimming. Finally, I found an exercise that fits me well!!! Wohoo!!! especially when I can swim with my beloved friends and housemates. Haha!! I like swimming so much and I can swim 3 to 5 times a week!!
Hope that I can continue this good habit for longer time and my effort will bring out good results^.^
P.S. This is the first time I use English to write my blog leh!! Haha!! worth for a celebration ^.^
